Adirondack Harvest
Adirondack Harvest envisions a picturesque and productive working landscape
connecting local farmers to their communities and regional markets. Their
goals are to increase opportunities for profitable sustainable production
and sale of high quality food and agricultural products, and to expand consumer
choices for locally produced healthy food. This mission ensures the future
preservation and growth of our open farmland while providing a diversity
of healthy food products for consumers. They will sponsor projects; and
oversee the activities of the Chapters, the use of the name Adirondack Harvest
and the use of the logos in accordance with the purposes above.To be members,

Agriscape
Agriscape is a directory on agriculture and its surrounding industry.
The main goal of the site is to provide information, marketing services
and search technology to the agricultural industry. The website consists
of a worldwide directory, including commercial sites, research and academic
sites as well as an extensive list of conferences on any topic related
to agriculture. It also contains classified ads, a discussion forum, yellow
pages listings, news, and more.

ATTRA
Appropriate Technology Transfer for Rural Areas is the national sustainable
farming information center operated by the private nonprofit National
Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT). ATTRA provides technical assistance
to farmers, Extension agents, market gardeners, agricultural researchers,

The FIC is a clearinghouse for information about farmland protection and
stewardship. It is a partnership between the USDA Natural Resources Conservation

laws, literature and technical resources related to farmland protection
and stewardship.

FoodRoutes
The FoodRoutes Web site is a project of FoodRoutes Network (FRN). FRN
is a national nonprofit organization that provides communications tools,
technical support, networking and information resources to organizations
nationwide that are working to rebuild local, community-based food systems.
FRN is dedicated to reintroducing Americans to their food, the seeds it
grows from, the farmers who produce it, and the routes that carry it from
