Diabetes Prevention and Support Group
Diabetes
can be a debilitating disease. A diagnosis of diabetes can cause stress
for a family. They need support and information on following their diets
and self care. The Wyoming County Diabetes Support Group provides both.
Each meeting provides a forum for questions and answers and allows members
a chance to support each other. The result is Wyoming County residents
are able to control their diabetes more successfully with less stress.
