NYS 4-H Forestry Educational Tool Kits

Rotating Kits for CCE Staff, Volunteers and NYS Educators

 

The 4-H Forestry Program Team has 8 rotating educational kits available for loan to 4-H Clubs, Camps, School Program, Educational Centers and anyone else interested in borrowing them.
Each kit contains most of the tools and materials you’ll need to complete the Forestry Activities and Curriculum, which is included.
  • Train youth to compete for the State Competition and National 4-H Forestry Invitational (http://www.aces.edu/N4HFI/)
  • Enrich club, county and school programs
  • Help train EnviroThon teams
  • Teach youth about trees, forest ecosystems, stewardship and the environment

  • 5 copies “Know Your Trees”
  • 1 Set- Forests of Fun-
  • National 4-H Curriculum
  • 4-H Forestry Invitational Handbook
  • NYS Competition Handbook
  • NYS Forestry Curriculum and Activities
  • 10 Rulers
  • Insect and Disease Flash Cards
  • Insect Samples
  • NYS Educational Standards and Activity Alignment tables (for all grades)
