  • "Strengthening Programs to Reach Diverse Audiences" is an excellent curriculum which was developed by the CYFERNet funded Diversity Project at the University of Florida. It is a comprehensive resource for planning and implementing culturally relevant and responsive programs. The six unit curriculum includes:
    1) understanding diversity to design programs;
    2) planning programs to break down cultural barriers;
    3) marketing programs to diverse audiences;
    4) maximizing assets to diverse communities to enhance program;
    5) effective instruction for diverse audiences; and
    6) working with diverse audiences over time.
