Cooperative Extension Plan of Work: Every four years Cooperative Extension Offices go through the Plan of Work process to establish clear program direction in reaction to changing county needs and demographic shifts. This process focuses on generating greater program impact, enhanced accountability, expanded collaboration, organizational renewal, and a clarified decision framework. Integrating diversity understanding and tools into this process is imperative for the relevance of Extension in the future.
