From the New York State Thruway take Exit 21 (Catskill).
After going through the toll booth you will come to a traffic light. Make a left at the light and proceed several hundred yards. Turn right onto Route 23 West. Proceed on 23 West for approximately 10 miles.
After passing through Cairo the road splits into Route 23 West and Route 145, bear left and continue on Route 23 West.
From this point it is about 4.5 miles to the Center. Look for Lange's Groveside Motel. Make a left immediately after the motel and an immediate right into the ARC parking lot.
