A Program Work Team may submit a funding plan for approval at any time, but there are a few important dates to be aware of:

  • October 15, 2012: PWT Co-chair webinar. Agenda to include: support offered, typical programs, questions.

  • January 15: Deadline for reports due for previous fiscal year Oct. 1 – Sept. 30.

  • August 1: Final deadline for application for special funds for current fiscal year Oct. 1 – Sept. 30.

    • Funding requests may be submitted at any time.
    • Please note that funds must be administered by a campus co-chair, and prior approval for expenditures is required.
