BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors help determine the direction of the Cornell Cooperative Extension association's work in the county and region. The Board is composed of community members whose major responsibility is to help administer the local program and association for the best use of available knowledge, money, time, and other resources. Administratively, the Board is responsible for policy development, policy implementation, and the procurement and allocation of financial resources. The Board is also responsible for assessing programming needs, assigning priorities, and program review and evaluation.

Each programming area is also advised by a committee composed of members interested specifically in that program area. They provide direction to the program by assisting in identifying and prioritizing issues for educational programs as well as evaluating program quality.
