
Turkey Pot Pie
Ingredients:
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
10 ounces of defrosted frozen or leftover vegetables
12 ounce jar of gravy or leftover gravy
2 ½ cups of stuffing
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Place turkey and vegetables in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour gravy over the turkey mixture. Stir gently, then top with stuffing.
Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
May substitute chicken for turkey. 1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup mixed 4 ounces of low fat milk can be substituted for the gravy.
