How Do I Join NYSACAA

There are three Membership Levels:

Associate membership is for people who are members of other professional organizations. They may become associate members with NYSACCA in order to facilitate communication between different professional organizations. The cost of associate membership is $15 annually.

Affiliate membership is for any extension employee who assists with educational programs or performs diagnostic services in agriculture or a related field. This includes program aids, assistants, technicians, diagnosticians, or any other so called "para professionals".

The purpose of this category is to provide affiliate members the opportunity for professional improvement and recognition. The cost of affiliate membership is $15 annually.

Full, active membership is for Extension Agents, Specialists, Faculty, and other extension employees who prepare and conduct educational programs in agriculture. The dues for this category is $80 annually. $55 of the dues goes to pay national (NACAA) dues.

New agents, specialists, and faculty and first time members may join NYSACAA for only $55. NYSACAA waives the state portion of the first year dues for new members.
