The Recognition and Awards Committee manages the Distingusihed Service
and Achievement Awards. Each district's representative to the committee
is responsible for nominating potential recipients and substantiating
their nominations. The statewide committee will meet during the
month of November (usually during Production Ag week) to review
the qualifications of nominees and select recipients. Once selected,
recipients must be approved by the Director of Extension and submitted
to the Northeast Region Vice-Chair by January 1.

NYSACAA
will reimburse DSA and AA recipients for up to $50 of the cost of photos
for the NACAA awards program. Recipients should submit their receipts
to the NYSACAA Treasurer for reimbursement.
