                                                                      Nitrogen plays a key role in the production of high yields of 

                                                                      highly digestible forage of high protein.  The picture to the left 

                                                                      shows the color variance between plots.  The plot in the left 

                                                                      foreground had sufficient nitrogen applies (greener in color).  

                                                                      Whereas the plot in the right foreground is nitrogen deficient 

                                                                      (yellow in color).
