2 PM to 8 PM  4-H Family and Consumer Science and Discovery, Agricultural and Natural Resource Classes & Entry Judging
TUESDAY, JULY 15th–VINTAGE STOCK CAR REUNION DAY
NO DOGS ALLOWED ON FAIRGROUNDS
9:00 AM 4-H Horse Show (Horse Show Ring)
12 NOON  Dairy Cattle in place in the barns
5:00 PM Dedication of new Horse Barn with Senator Mike Nozzolio
5:00 PM 4-H Poultry Show 
5:00 PM Open Class Floral Hall Exhibits to be in place by 5 PM
5 PM to10 PM  Floral Hall open to the public with 4-H, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Master Gardener’s, Educational and Commercial Exhibits
5 PM to 9 PM  4-H Silent Auction – Seneca County Trips & Awards Fund (Tues. through Sat.)
6:00 PM Vintage mid-state stock cars return to Maple Grove Speedway in Waterloo for a reunion and exhibition

PARADE - Theme: “Passport to a World of Celebrations” Line up at 6:00 PM. Starts downtown Waterloo @ 7 PM & arrives at the Fairgrounds approx. 7:30 PM.

Following parade – “Get-er-Done Karaoke” (Behind bleachers, near midway)

SATURDAY, JULY 19th – KIDS DAY
NO DOGS ALLOWED ON FAIRGROUNDS EXCEPT FOR PET SHOW IN FLORAL HALL
10:00 AM New York Hereford Breeder’s Classic Show
10 AM to 10 PM  Floral Hall opens to the public with 4-H, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Master Gardener’s, Educational and Commercial Exhibits
10:15 AM  4-H Pet Show (Floral Hall) NOTE: Only the dogs in the pet show & obedience trial will be allowed on the Fairgrounds grounds, and only in Floral Hall
12 Noon to 8 PM  Mr. Scribbles - Freelance Sketch Artist - Ger Your's Done Free
12 Noon  4-H Dog Obedience Trial (Horse Show Ring)
1 PM Midway Attractions & Rides open (Pay One Price Rides until 5PM)
