Agriculture Lending Library Developing at Crandall Library

The Agricultural collection is aimed at making available both technical and general agricultural materials that the ag community would like to have available for loan.The materials will be able to be checked out and picked up from any local library in the Southern Adirondack Library System (Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Hamilton counties).

CCE Washington received a $2000 grant from Cornell's Small Farms Program to help finance the project.If anyone is interested in participating in the Agriculture Lending Library Project please contact Colleen (cnh2@cornell.edu).

Being on the advisory committee would only require feedback/ suggestions on the materials list and collection stickers for the materials. There probably will be only one or two physical meetings over the winter the rest will be e-mail. Anyone is welcome to suggest and or donate materials (books, videos, subscriptions) without being on the library project committee.
