Nutrition Education Program

Would you like more information on putting together low cost healthy meals?  Let us teach you ways you can stretch your food dollars.

You're invited to take part in a FREE nutrition educational program.  One of our friendly Nutrition Program Educators will meet with you in your home or the home of a neighbor or friend to discuss topics like healthy food choices, meal planning and shopping, cooking and food safety.  Other topics could include stretching dollars to make ends meet, healthy pregnancy and breastfeeding.
