4-H Enrollment Form

Youth must be re-enrolled (2006-07 members) by January 1, 2008 or newly enrolled (first year members) by May 1, 2008 to be eligible to participate in the 2008 Steuben County Fair.

4-H Cloverbud Member
Youth who are 5 through 8 years of age on or before Jan. 1st
of the club year and enrolled in kindergarten through second
grade.
4-H Member
 Youth who are at least 8 years of age through 18 by Jan. 1st of the current club year and in the third grade or higher should enroll as a 4-H member
