Food Preservation is making a fast return as the cost of food gets higher and people are realizing that they need to control the quality and safety of their family’s food. If you are new at freezing or canning or have not done it in a few years, we suggest that you get the newest information for doing it safely by calling the CCE office for information or consult the following web sites.
