EAT WELL SPEND LESS is a series of 6-8
nutrition, health and well-being sessions 30-60 minutes long. Classes,
which are offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension educators in
Spanish and English, are run throughout the year all over Suffolk
County. No charge for food stamp, Head Start, WIC, and limited income
