Ithaca Earth Day Planning Meeting
Thursday, January 17, 7:00 pm

Old Jail in Ithaca (125 E. Court St)
Each year the Ithaca community gets together to celebrate Earth Day. The event has grown over the past couple of years to include nearly 70 exhibitors, the Compost Fair, Eco-Fashion Show, a solar-powered stage, and guest speakers. If you are interested in getting involved, come to the first planning meeting of the year. Free and open to the public. Contact: Joey Gates at or call 351-0664 to volunteer.

 

Compost Fair at Ithaca Earth Day
Sunday, April 27, noon - 5:00 pm
Ithaca Farmer's Market Pavilion (3rd Street Extension)
While you celebrate Earth Day, visit the north end of the pavilion to see and experience ALL aspects of composting. There will be games, contests, prizes, interactive displays, and activities for kids of all ages. Admission is free and open to the public.
