Title: Youth Development Program Manager (Dryden)

Responsibilities: Implement an innovative grant funded community and school-based youth development program for the Town of Dryden. Manage/facilitate the delivery of youth services that address locally developed priorities. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of innovative approaches to reach youth and families and to build community-wide support for children, youth and families.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree; experience working effectively with pre teens and teens; Ability to identify needs of youth, particularly youth in at-risk environments. Excellent teaching skills that are effective in a variety of settings.

Annual Salary: $11,830

Hours/Benefits: Grant funded, part-time (20 hours/week) and includes full benefit package including health and dental insurance, retirement, life insurance and more.
