The Lawn Ranger Program

The 'Lawn Ranger' Program is a 45 minute slide set presentation on home lawns and how improper cultural practices may affect water quality. This program is based on 'The Homeowner's Lawn Care and Water Quality Almanac' publication from Cornell University.

This program is available free of charge to groups and organizations in Westchester County. To schedule a program, or to find out how you may become a 'Lawn Ranger Volunteer' to present a similar program in our community, please call Richard Harper, Integrated Pest Management Community Educator, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Westchester County, at 914-285-2622.
