three general goals to help Westchester County residents manage
food decisions for health:
People
will engage in lifestyle changes that promote health. Every
child and adult will have access to a safe and adequate food
supply. Communities will manage their resources to promote nutrition
and health of their citizens.

storage, food safety, food preparation skills, and specific
nutrient information.
